Yenen Engineering International provides the following warranty policy: - LPG dispensers are warranted for 18 months from the date of manufacture against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty coverage is provided for H-style and I-style models. - Defective parts will be replaced free of charge during the warranty period. Transportation costs for replacement parts are the responsibility of the buyer. - The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, accidents, modifications, or non-Yenen parts. The buyer must notify Yenen of any defects within 10 days of discovery and allow inspection of the defective product.

LPG (autogas) Dispenser


Yenen warrants to the Buyer that the products supplied by Yenen are free from manufacturing defects
and in each case fully conform to Yenen’s published technical specifications current at the date of the
relevant invoice and are suitable for use with Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) conforming to EN589:2004.

Format date code on product: YYMM9999. For example 01101234 is manufactured in October 2001 with
serial number 1234.

Yenen (the Manufacturer) warrants to the Buyer of each of Yenen’s (or Manufacturer’s) product(s) that
any part thereof which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period will
be replaced at no charge with a new or remanufactured part, F.O.B. factory. Any item(s) designated as
manufactured by others shall be covered only by the express warranty of the Manufacturer thereof. This
warranty will not apply when damage is caused by improper voltage supply, alteration, lightning, careless
handling, misuse, negligence, accidents, abuse, modifications or repairs by unauthorized persons, failure
to follow installation, maintenance or operating instructions or damage related to acts of God.

In the event that the Buyer becomes aware of any defect during the warranty period the Buyer has to
inform Yenen in writing within ten days of discovery of the defect showing proof of purchase, and the
Buyer shall allow Yenen or its agent a reasonable time to investigate the complaint and the defective
material.

If the material furnished to the Buyer shall fail to conform to any of the terms of this written warranty,
Yenen (Manufacturer) shall replace such nonconforming material at the original point of delivery and shall
furnish instructions for its disposition. Any transportation charges involved in such disposition shall be for
the Buyer’s account. The Buyer’s exclusive and sole remedy on account or in respect to the furnishing of
material that does not conform to this written warranty shall be to secure replacement thereof as
aforesaid. Yenen (Manufacturer) shall not in any event be liable for the cost of any labor expended on any
such material or for any incidental or consequential damages to anyone by reason of the fact that such
material does not conform to this written warranty.

Yenen’s warranty applicable to the original products shall apply also to any products that have been
supplied as replacements or repaired under the terms of the warranty for the residue of the warranty
period.

Yenen’s warranty covers product replacement only. Yenen (Manufacturer) expressly disclaims and
excludes any liability for consequential, incidental, indirect or punitive damages for breach of any
warranty. This limited warranty constitutes the complete and final agreement between Yenen and the
Buyer with respect to all warranty obligations of Yenen (Manufacturer) for products sold.

Yenen has no obligation to monitor local laws, or modify the products based on developments or changes
in such laws.
