To view various markets in a standardized manner, use the By Input Source tab or use any of the other frameworks viz. BCG
2) Each column is assigned a weight. Feel free to customize the weights in cells B1 - J1, but make sure they add up to 100%.
3) Similarly, feel free to add more features/markets/initiatives to the rows 3 - 12 & more metrics to the columns B - J
