2019 - 2020 Teacher Resident
The School District of Philadelphia
Albert M. Greenfield Elementary
Co-teach 7th and 8th grade sciences (earth; physical; environmental; biology) with
a mentor-teacher to a diverse student body. Provided differentiated, inclusive
instruction to a socio-economically diverse population of students, including
language learners and those with a variety of special intellectual and emotional
needs. Work with parents of students with 504 and IEP plans. Write
comprehensive unit and lesson plans, assessments, and create online learning
resources for all classes. Assistant for track and field program. Began outdoor
planting project with 7th grade students.
2018 2019 Long-term Substitute

Dr. Ethel D. Allen School
Provided instructional support of English Language Arts and corrective math for
students in 6th through 8th grades.. Adapted lesson plans to accommodate the
specific learning disabilities of students. Designed activities to help bridge learning
gaps. Compiled data to make decisions to guide next steps beyond IEP.
2019 - 2020 Program Manager
Pennsylvania Environmental Council
Defined and executed project tasks and managed resources to move recreation
and trail projects toward completion. Worked with community groups to build
grassroots support. Wrote grant proposals and managed grants. Facilitated
meetings to maintain project focus and momentumwith businesses, community
organizations, elected offcials, and the public at large.
2005 - 2009 District Executive
Boy Scouts of America - Los Angeles Area Council
Coordinated Boy Scout program for 1,800 youth and 1,200 volunteers. Provided
leadership to key committee chairpersons. Managed staff members and ensured
their success and compliance with organizational standards. Developed and
managed event functions and budgeting, ensuring fiscal responsibility and positive
cash flow.
