1#冷油器和 2#冷油器切换试验

Test for change over of 1# oil cooler and 2# oil cooler

1、试验目的
机组正常运行中，对 1#冷油器和 2#冷油器进行切换操作，切换
过程中应保持油温、油压稳定、正常。
1. test purpose
When turbine unit is running normal，change over 1# oil
cooler and 2# oil cooler ， keep the oil temperature and
pressure is stable and normal.

2、试验步骤
2.1 检查确认 1#冷油器处于正常运行状态，进、出油阀门和进、出水
阀门都已开启；
2.2 检查确认 2#冷油器处于备用状态，进、出油门和进、出水门处于
关闭状态；
2.3 开启 2#冷油器油侧下部放油阀门，排除油侧积水和油渣后关闭；
2.4 缓慢开启 2#冷油器进油门(注意油压变化)，稍开油侧上部阀门
排完空气后关闭。
2.5 逐渐开启 2#冷油器出油门(注意油压变化)，然后打开 2#冷油器
进水门和水侧排空气门，排除水侧空气后，关闭水侧空气门，全开
出水门，通过调整进水门开度来调节油温。
2.6 缓慢关闭 1#冷油器出油门，保持油压稳定，同时调节 2#冷油器
进水门，保持油温正常。
2.7 关闭 1#冷油器进水门、出水门，关闭 1#冷油器进油门。
2.8 确认机组油压、油温正常，记录参数。

2. testing procedure
2.1 check 1# oil cooler is running normal，oil inlet valve and outlet valve
are open，water inlet and outlet valves are open;
2.2 check 2# oil cooler is standby ， oil inlet valve and outlet valve are
close，water inlet and outlet valves are close;
2.3 open draining valve on lower part of 2# oil cooler oil side and drain
the water and sludge，then close the draining valve;
2.4 Slowly open oil outlet valve of 2# oil cooler （ pay attention to oil
pressure），slightly open draining valve on upper part of 2# oil cooler
oil side and drain the air，then close the draining valve;
2.5 gradually open oil inlet valve of 2# oil cooler （ pay attention to oil
pressure ） ， then open the water inlet valve of 2# oil cooler and air
draining valve of water side。Close the air draining valve after drain the
air of water side ， then full open the water outlet valve of 2# oil
cooler，adjust the oil temperature with water inlet valve。
2.6 slowly close oil outlet valve of #1 oil cooler and keep oil pressure
stable 。 adjust the water inlet valve of 2# oil cooler and keep oil
temperature normal.
2.7 close water inlet and outlet valve of #1 oil cooler。close oil inlet valve
of #1 oil cooler。
2.8 make sure the oil pressure and temperature is normal，take record in
table。
