Hello Everyone,

As we all know that we have been facing such an epidemic together, we should make sure that we
do our duties diligently while we are distant from the college, so what is our duty? Ask yourself,
use this time to groom yourself as you guys are heading towards Final year, you have time to brush
up your skills and derived chances are there that this epidemic will bring some new opportunities
in the uprising world after the COVID takes its full course.
Following the meeting it was held today that,
Part 1- EXAMS
As your 30 marks are already covered through NCP 1 and Midterms, so now you will have a final
of 70 marks together.
Meaning- No NCP 3, OR no marks for attendance or class participation
The Pattern for your exam will be:- MCQ Questions, Short Questions, Problem Based Questions
and finally Long Questions, the marks distribution for the same has not been decided yet, but you
guys will have 2.5 hours to complete the paper.
The Schedule of the exam will be as follows:-
Option 1- If everything is well, looking at that things are coming to the normalized way we will
have ON CAMPUS EXAMINATION FROM JULY 20TH TO AUGUST 1ST.
It will be decided if we will have a review in-class before the exams or not depending upon the
circumstances.
Option 2- If everything is not well, meaning if the cases rise and lockdown is again initiated, we
will have ONLINE EXAMINATION, we will observe until July 15th and will decide the further
recourse, hope this is not the case.

Part 2- INTERNSHIPS

Earlier as we know, you used to have 6 weeks internship, now ONLY FOR THIS ACADEMIC
YEAR, it will be for 4 weeks.
Time Frame Alternative for Internships-
Option 1- June 1- June 30
Option 2- May 25- June 25

FOR INTERNAL CIRCULATION ONLY

Option 3- June 5 – July 05

You have to get your internships approved by me, and have to share the following details:-
• Name of the Employer
• Direct Contact Person Name
• His/Her contact details
• Internship Application Letter/ Copy of mail
• Internship Acceptance Letter/ Copy of mail
• Duration and time of the internship
Following your Internships, you have to submit your Internship Diary/ Report to me within the
first week of the completion of your internships.

Now following ways you can do your internships:-

1) If you are in the green zone and you get your internships in physical law offices/ under
physical chambers of advocated/ or any physical law institute- that will be the preference
1, it will great if you can manage that keeping social distancing and safety in mind.
2) If for example, you are in the contaminated zone- cant go for physical internships,
apply for online internships/ virtual internships- SUBJECT TO MY APPROVAL. It should
now be any free online crash course, the learning aspect is important and virtual touch is a
must, I want to see real work done so that no one can deceive the administration.
3) If you cannot manage either of the options, then I will prepare a Project Work for you
and trust me, don’t think it will be easy way out- MOST DIFFICULT OPTION, because I
love the integrity of our work place, so I would want the best for you and us. Strict
Plagiarism rules will apply towards the completion of project and experience letter will be
provided under my name.
Your Presentation Schedule for your internship, will be finalized post your internship completion.
