THEME: “Fire Safety and Precaution Tips”

Fire safety is the set of practices intended to reduce the destruction caused by fire. Fire safety
measures include those that are intended to prevent ignition of an uncontrolled fire, and those that are
used to limit the development and effects of a fire after it starts.

Threats to fire safety are commonly referred to as fire hazards. A fire hazards may include a
situation that increases the likelihood of a fire or may impede escape in the event a fire occurs.

CONCEPT

Conducting a Fire Safety and Precaution by the help of BFP Personnels. This event deals with
discussing safety measures at home, fire drill, fire escape plan and the proper use of fire extinguisher.

This event is set on March 9,2020, 2:00 – 5:00 pm at the open field near the Municipal Building
of Bansud with a simultaneous conduct of fire drill. We are expecting the participation of the following:

 Barangay and SK Officials
 50 selected government employees

While having our demos, we have our medics who are responsible in case of emergencies.

Memorandum of Agreement

KNOW ALL MEN BY THERE PRESENTS:

This contract made and entered into by and between SFO4 Leonilo F. Fonte with address of Bansud,
Oriental Mindoro.

And

Res Consiliumque Company, duly recognized event planning team and existing under and by the
Law of the Republic of the Philippines, with business address at Poblacion, Bansud, Oriental
Mindoro, herein represented by its Head Coordinator, Philip Rainer D. Lagang herein referred to as
the “FIRE SAFETY AND PRECAUTION TIPS”.

WHEREAS, SFO4 Leonilo F. Fonte will pay an event package of Php 24830.00 in “FIRE SAFETY AND
PRECAUTION TIPS”.

WHEREAS, the event will pay 50% of the professional fee to Res Consiliumque Company during the
signing of this contract and the remaining 50% before the event.

Now, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, and the agreement herein contained and
intending to be legally bound hereby, SFO4 Leonilo F. Fonte hereto agrees as follows:

3. Res Consiliumque Company render professional services and is at all times visible to have
complete control of the event;
4. SFO4 Leonilo F. Fonte in consideration of the “FIRE SAFETY AND PRECAUTION TIPS”
hereby agree to pay to Res Consiliumque Company for the following consideration:
 Fifty percent (50%) deposit upon signing of contract;
 The remaining fifty percent (50%) will be paid on March 6,2019 before the event.

In witness WHEREOF, the parties hereby promise to abide by the terms of this contract and intend
to be legally bound therby.
