Centralized registration proposal of OPD West

In our proposal we are going to distribute our CSR’s into two main receptions as the two main centralized registration points for
OPD West clinics:

We have considered the busy clinics that sees from 60-70 paints daily which are Ortho & Dermatology, in these clinics we will place a
fixed CSR’s inside the clinic’s reception itself to serve as a registration point from 0800AM-1600PM as there will be another CSR in
the main reception who will serve from 0800AM-1200PM as a spilt shift.

PSSC and surgical clinic will maintain a fixed CSR from 0800AM-1600PM inside the clinic as these two clinics are merged together
and need a single registration point inside the clinic to monitor the patients as most of them are coming for operations screening
and surgical cases as well.
