Meaning: to direct your attention or efforts toward the wrong person or thing; to have the wrong
idea about something.

Meaning: said to emphasize that when something or someone cannot be seen, it
is easy to forget it, him, or her; not able to be seen, and so not thought about.
Example: Just sweep everything under the sofa—out  of  sight,  out  of  mind.
Portuguese: O que os olhos não veem, o coração não sente. Apenas varre tudo para debaixo do

Meaning:  to see, find or catch someone in the action of doing something illegal or wrong.
Example: Timmy tried to get into the cookie jar again, but I caught  him  red-handed.
