Abstract

Technology rapidly develop the growth of the society to live an easier life for

humans. In the industry of information technology, a lot of businesses use the internet to

make a job easier like hotels, boutiques, restaurants that uses online reservation, but the

government agencies like Civil Service Commission which is one of the main agencies

offers training and/or seminar for both government and private employees may apply the

same techniques. Our learning and development management system which is an online

reservation using QR code algorithm for trainings that helps the employees both

government and private employee to lessen the effort and time-consuming procedures.

It minimizes the back logs of the Civil Service Commission which is one of the problems

that encounters in terms of lack of manpower, reservation of participants is difficult to

manage in terms of cancellation of reservation, double entry of participants, difficulties in

retrieving information in releasing certificates and dissemination of information about the

training. The result of the dry run shows that it made a huge effect in terms of time
consuming for the procedures, it also gives both opportunities for the clientele (PWD and

the able ones) to apply in the same training with the same benefits despite of their

difference. In close to this, the research helps the government agencies and clientele,

and it plays a major role in government technology.
