every day you do ONE 5


minute SET with competition weight. And this system works! Actually, it works
very good!

One set of 5 – 6
minutes on maximum intensity, is actually perfect, as it activates the right energy
systems, it does not exhaust us totally and there is no second or third set we have
to think of and prepare ourselves to. And as the volume is also not very big, we
can do such sets every day!
