E-Lock Installation Guide

E-Lock Supersigner setup for desktop/laptop.

Prerequisite

 All Browser should be closed.

 Atleast IE 11,Google chrome 50 or moxilla firefox 49 are compatible.

Please visit CERSAI Home page (https://www.cersai.org.in/CERSAI/) and click on Urgent Notification for
digital signature user.

 Click on ‘SuperSignerPlusClient.exe’ to install the setup.

 Save the setup as can be seen from the screen shot.

 After Successful download of the SuperSigner Setup. Please right click on supersigner and click
on Extract here.

 Double click on SuperSignerPlus Client Setup and then click on Next Botton.

 Click on YES to all button.

 Click on ok button.

 Click on ok button.

 Click ok to ‘Installation complete’.

 Now the Product successfully registered, click ok to finish.

 Go to start menu, click on all program and then E-Lock SuperSigner Plus client.
 Click on Restart Signapp.
 App will be started.

In case it is showing the error as per screen shot, then follow below mentioned
points:

 Go to the task manager, select the signapp.exe and then click on ‘End process’.

 Open computer C Drive, Double click on SuperSignerPlus Client.

 Right Click on VCREDIST_x86 file and run as administrator.

 Go to start menu,click on E-lock SuperSignerplus client and then restart SignApp .

 SignApp will be Start Sucussfully.

 Open the application Register License under Start menu --> E-Lock SuperSigner Plus Client and
enter the following license key:
