As discussed we will not keep the region specific approach as of now. We will target the global territory
to get the leads.

Travel
Overseas travel at Prospect and customer location whenever required for Lead Generation |
Account Management | Project Management or any other specific work is considered in the
scope of the engagement. The necessity and the purpose of travelling should be verified and
approved by Company team.
Company, will make necessary travel & accommodation arrangements and pay the per dime
expenses as per Company overseas travel policy. Should there be a need to travel to the
customer location outside Pune in India, Company will make travel arrangements and pay
applicable allowances as per domestic travel policy.

Engagement Duration
The Demand Generation Consulting Engagement Duration will be at least of 6 months which
could be further extended by having a mutual discussion. Both the parties, have right to
discontinue the engagement by giving a notice period of 2 weeks.

Lead Acceptance Criteria


10Consulting will invest best efforts to promote Company product and services. We will
approach defined territories and identify the prospect showing interest in Company product
and service.

All leads should be verified on any of the following parameter such as prospect showing
indication to buy the solution, having budget and need, nearby plan to procure the solution.

Firmly, adhere to our quality policy; if we receive response from Prospect confirming his
interest in understanding the product or any of services offered by Company; Company team
should give us the Go ahead for the further discussion by accepting the lead.

With the amount of efforts, product and services, size of market, we will generate minimum of
2 leads with fixed monthly retention cost mentioned above, for the Company sales team. We
will act as an extended team of Company team and put all our best efforts to drive sales
process for Company team.

We will not work in isolation and keep daily activities updated to all concern leaders so that
both Company and 10Consulting will get desired success!

Key Requests: T & C


1. 50% Advance along with the PO.
2. Remaining 50% on delivery of Leads.
3. Leads will be from any of the Regions & Countries mentioned above. We will mainly focus on
the known business cities from the regions.
4. We have assumed the contract period of 6 months to generate the above mentioned leads.
5. Presales activity if required which includes the joint efforts along with the Company team will be
charged separately on hourly basis. The standard rate for the presales consultant will be $90 /
hour.
6. Single Point of Contact (SPoC) from Company to manage and steer overall program and
engagement
7. Counterparts for our Agent training to impart knowledge about product
8. Agreed / defined process flow and general communication & escalation paths
9. Regular meetings to jointly review program progress, collaboration and outcomes aligned to
business objective
10. Access to relevant tools / software / process / training material
11. Set-up team on your tools / emails /Linkedin account.
