With Sealer 300 W Atotech has set a new standard.
Other than simply building a film over the passivate layer, this
patent-protected nanoparticle technology reacts with the pas-
sivate to form a durable bond. This unique characteristic has
proven best performance in outdoor corrosion conditions.

Different versions with integrated lubricants are available

to cover the whole range of friction requirements for the
automotive fastener industry.

Brake calipers
Cast iron brake calipers are electrolytically zinc or zinc nickel plated followed by a passivate and a clear sealer for improved corro-
sion protection. The sealer is purely inorganic to be compatible to brake fluid. Sealer 300 W is widely recognized and globally used
for this application.
