 Google keep: It is a note taking tool which can be used in web, android and IOs and can
also be installed as extension in web browser.
The following are to be used for news, customer insights and problems, technologies tracking
system:

 Bloomberg App: this app gives up-to-date market news, global business and financial
news. It has a whatsapp update facility in which latest news updates are send as
WhatsApp message to it’s user.
 Appy Geek: It is a subsidiary company of News republic. It has a good news updates on
technological news.
The following tools will be used frequently to record and work on data also track, analyze,
and gain insights:

 Google Docs: these are freeware and very basic tools needed for compiling and
analyzing raw data. It is especially used when the team is fragmented in different parts
of the world and need to collaborate and work together.
 Google drive: once you start using google docs your work automatically gets stored in
google drive and there is no need for another application at the initial stages of the
business
 Liveplan: This app gives a template to start the business. We used this tool to form and

 Google Marketing Platform: This can be used for analytics, engaging data, optimize
your website, take surveys and other features.
 Facebook page insights: This is a excellent tool for running business through facebook
page, it gives detailed analysis of our posts.
