Executive summary
Nothing is more vital to life than breathing. As we all know that the
climate changes are continuously impacting the quality of life all over the world and are leading
toward various health issues. In Recent Times the issue of Smog has taken the Asian countries
by storm and is affecting people specially their lungs and nasal pathway. So the only way to
avoid these things is to take preventive measures such as using face masks when going outside.
The product we came across a few days ago is named as cotton Mask with air purifier. This
Product not only purifies the air quality but also is anti smoke and dust at the same time. The
filter that is installed in the mask can be changed when it is used and can be replaced with
another. Like other face masks that are not reusable this is absolutely opposite. It is not only
reusable but also washable. Coming to conclusion, this product it is simply useful innovation and
is requirement for today's time. Also we provide customize mask. Like we give different colours
and especially for children we draw their favorite characters pictures.

The opportunity
We analyze that smog is very serious issue nowadays. Also we observed
that society is not taking smog and polluted air seriously. People feel ashamed of wearing such
masks. So that’s why we have come up with this idea of printed colorful air purifier face mask
and breather valve is also installed in it.

The industry
Our idea is unique because no one is currently working on colorful face mask.
Because in market, we are the initiator who introduces this type of mask. Although we have
competitors but they producing simple mask and our strategy will to introduce customize mask.
If we see we have a large market with huge profit because everyone is suffering with throat
infection which will be very harmful for us in future so in this case fineAir is the best option. so
we capture the huge market in Pakistan and after this we are going towards export Plus we will
contract with doctors who will recommend our face mask

Target Market:
In today's time when air quality is getting worst with every passing day and
everyone wants to protect themselves from the harmful effects different types of pollution
surrounding them. Our target market will include individuals who are affected by air pollution,
along with health conscious people.

Demographically our target customers will include:


• Individual of age bracket between 10 and 60.
• People who drive motor bikes as they are more vulnerable to lung diseases cause by smog.
• People involved in more outdoor work and exposed to polluted air throughout the day.
Geographically: Our target will be Lahore .

Strategy
In general terms, the strategy we are using is by providing face mask for every age
group. Like we are providing different cartoon characters stickers on face mask for kids. Also we
are providing face masks with short quotes written on it for teenagers and different colors for
mature people.

The challenge for us will be the pricing as old facemasks with no filters are less expensive as
compare to ours. Our strategy will be focusing on developing an effective supply chain network
to ensure our product availability at all local medical stores and super markets.

We have already formulated our target market. We are targeting a wide market with a narrow
range of products. Will also be going for mass marketing due to higher potential market of our
product.

Another strategy would include contracts with government authorities to distribute face masks to
travelers through traffic wardens on traffic signals to create a brand image of our own company.

Effective advertisement is essential for companies to operate in a competitive market. People


will only buy product when they know about its existence in the market.

To make above strategies successful, company must advertise their product to every possible
extend. There are many ways to do so like social media, billboards, pamphlets, print media and
other mediums.

Business Model
In start we will focus on generating minimum profit just because our product will new in market.
So in start we cannot generate high margin profit because the product is in introduction stage.
Our simple product total cost price per mask will be 150. Although we will make three different
categories in mask one is simple other is for kids with characters label on it and last one is short
quotes will be written on it Our major expense is labor. We pay 12k to one labor. Then we are
importing breather valve from china and also the cotton face mask we will be using especially
reusable cotton mask and easily washable. Total cost per mask is 112 and our company total
estimated budget we will need is near about 1lac. Because to create hype in market we will need
to promote or advertised our product in different places also we are thinking to do campaign so
by this we can interact with different doctors who will recommend our mask to patient by taking
of their health. Our competitive advantage is our product printed colorful Face mask which will
be unique for people. In future we will be focusing to improve our mask by changing innovation.

We will make sure that we keep a lively culture within the office to help keep our employees
motivated and confident. Also we first take order from market that it don’t lose any money
because our startup is new and we do this business with minimum capital so we should take care
of our company each and every asset. Although we introduce this order process we will do, when
we are completely in between market. If customer face any type of problem in our mask our any
type of irritation while wearing mask. So for this we will make a special portal or website where
people recommend, suggest and post their problem related to mask. This process will help us to
know the feedback of customer. With this business idea we will be surely in Pakistan number 1
leading company in mask. After this achievement we will think about to export our mask in all
over the world.

How to Sell
The strategy we would use to sell our product are through doctors recommendation
and we place our product on each every shops and medical stores, after some revenue we try to
connect with our customer through facebook page and try to make the mask by customer choice.

She is the CEO our company. She is studying from university of central Punjab.
She has much experience about business, because she is currently helping her father in their
business. She will handle our entire company major task.

Ansar Attique
He is the marketing head of our company. He is doing BBA from university of
central Punjab. He has gained experience by promoting their family business. Also he
participated in many ucp past events so he will deal our company operations related to
marketing. He is doing its major in marketing

Affan Javed
He is the financing head of our company. He is doing BBA from university of
central Punjab. However he used to manage his father business accounts. So he owned all
operations related to finance which will be very helpful for us because our company total capital
is in save hands

Ahmad Ilyas

He is the management head of our company. He is studying from university of


central Punjab. He has much experience of management by managing many events of ucp so he
manage company all operation
