A good night's sleep

Can't sleep? Well, you're not alone. One in three adults has insomnia, and stress is the
biggest cause. A lack of sleep can cause you to get sick, as well as lose your ability to think
clearly. If you have insomnia, there are several things to try. Exercise can help you. Just be
sure you do it in the afternoon or early evening. Relaxing exercise like yoga can help get
rid of stress. Foods that are rich in protein, such as milk, fish, and nuts, are good for sleep.
If you have a large dinner, you should eat at least four hours before going to bed. Don't
drink coffee or tea. Try to read or listen to soft music at night before bed. Don't paint your
room in bright colors. You should put your bed next to a wall. Most important, make sure
your bed is comfortable!
