HOUSE – in building a structure mathematics is one of the key factor, it should’ve

specific and correct calculations and design so that it won’t collapse. Having a safe
home is one of the essential for living in our daily life.  Math is necessary for real-
life home improvement projects.
BUSINESS – managing and spending money requires basic knowledge in
mathematics, example in business it involved interest calculation, rates of the
employees, salary calculations and etc. Mathematics help complete business tasks
efficiently.
TRANSPORTATION OR TRAVEL - every kind of travel requires some planning,
especially your mode of travel and expenses, and that kind of planning will always
require math.
SHOPPING – buying certain things for our necessity requires mathematics. Counting
and addition used in order to tell how much money we have. Then subtraction is used in
order to figure out how much change is due. Purchasing goods requires knowledge in
mathematics to prevent financial risk.
TIME MANAGEMENT – every day in our daily task most of us has several work to do
and management of time requires timings and understanding of mathematics for us to
have smooth transactions with no delays or conflicts. Mathematics helps us to
understand the management of time and also to value it.
