the sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND (₱300,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, to
me in hand paid to my full satisfaction by DATU ABDULNAZER A. AMPATUAN, likewise of
legal age, married, Filipino, and residing at Makir, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao, DO
HEREBY SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER AND CONVEY unto the said DATU ABDULNAZER A.
AMPATUAN, his heirs and assigns, that motor vehicle specifically described as follows:

265682115 and Official Receipt No. 1027057032 issued by the Land Transportation Office

That, I hereby warrant unto the said ARIEL B. DE GUZMAN full title and ownership
over the motor vehicle above-described against of any person or entity, free from liens and
encumbrances;
