In the Food Project we apply what we have learned

• We will start with the Customer Profile (you can choose an


specific customer segment you know well).
• Then we will continue with the Value Map: value proposal.
• This will allow us to sketch out a Value Proposition Canvas.
• Finally we sketch out the BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS

Questions?
• How many people in each team? 3-5 people is fine.
• How do I find a team? Please share your interests and try to find a group by yourself. If
you cannot find one, tell me and I will help you.
• Do we design an specific product or service? Yes please.
• What type of customer segment should we choose? Be very specific and choose one
you know well. Remember to share the customer segment in the Forum.
• Is it possible to have two groups with the same customer segment? Yes, but the
maximum is three teams with the same segment
• Do we really interview the customers? Yes please! At least 3 customers.
• A Business Model Canvas is not easy to develop… do we really need to do this? Yes but
only a First Version
