Earnestness means seriousness, sincerity , basically a sincere feeling.
Commitment is like a promise to give yourself money , time , to support
or buy something , trust.
Honesty involves being trustworthy, loyal, fair, and sincere , with the
absence of lying, cheating, theft, etc.
Integrity is basically the use of honesty , its a practice of being honest.
Seriousness means , not being involved with jokes or start kidding with
something , for example , Im serious about this.
