Content marketing is a marketing technique in which we can engage our customers by
creating and distributing relevant and valuable content to attract, acquire and engage a
clearly defined and understood target audience with the objective of driving profitable
customer action.

Answer:
SOSTAC is planning model. With the help of SOSTAC we can covers all the main issues
which you need in a marketing plan or business plan.

SWOT analysis, and reviewing the different aspects of the micro-environment including
customers, competitors and intermediaries and internal resources and capabilities.

In this stage we can focus on 5s like Sell serve sizzle save and speak. In sell we are focus
customer Acquisition and retention target. In serve we are focus on customer
satisfaction target. In sizzle we are focus on wow factor of our products. In speak we are
focus on the engagement of customer we are engaging customer in this point. In save
we are focusing on quantified gains efficiency.

In this stage we are focus on how we achieve the objectives for different decision we are
focus on STOP and SIT factor which is including segmentation, targeting, proposition
development, integration and sequence.
Tactics: How exactly do we get there?
In this stage we are focus on specific details of the marketing mix, communication mix,8
ps, content plan and contract plan.
Action: What is our plan and detail of tactics?
In this stage we refer to some of the issues of modifications to organizational roles and
structure, external agencies and internal skills and procedures.
Control: How do we monitor performance?
In Control we look at the use of management information including web analytics to
assess whether strategic and tactical objectives are achieved and how improvements
can be made to enhance results further. We also focus on conversion rate optimism and
