Disaster will cause harm to all type of lives and properties. At least 75% of the world
population lives in areas that are exposed to disasters at least once. Annual growth in affected
countries are hindered as billions of currency losses faced. Multifarious and frequently
occurred natural disasters and some man-made disasters have caused massive economic and
life loss to the affected regions and slow down the regional social economic development

There are two type of disasters namely natural disaster and man-made disaster. United
Nation defines natural disaster as the occurrence of a sudden or major misfortunate which
distrupt the basic and normal functioning of a society or community. For example, India is
one of countries that are vulnerable to variety of natural disasters. This is due to the fact that
India have 751700 km of coastline at three sites across the country. Other than that, India also
possess the Himalayan range which one of the world`s youngest holded mountain ranges that
covers area of 2500 kilometre which leads to annually increases in recorded number of
