Clause 5.

1: Leadership

The Top Management of Rainbow Agrosciences (Figure 1) are responsible and entitle
to ensure that all required requirement of ISO 14001 which within their respective
jurisdiction in accordance with the necessary guidelines (Malaysia Agricultural Quality
Standards, Environmental Quality Act 1974 and Department of Environment). It is the
responsibility of every Top Management to identify, eliminate or minimize any risk that
jeopardize on the objectives and targets of environmental management system.

Members of Top Management have responsibility for ensuring that their subordinates
conform to the organization’s environmental management policies and procedure. This is so
that Rainbow Agrosciences meets its legal and other compliance obligations and ensure
continual improvement of Environmental Management System. Top Management are obliged
to ensure staffs are equipped with latest knowledge and skills needed to implement ISO
14001 by providing necessary training and appropriate records of such training are kept for
documentation. Environmental policy formulated are ought to be integrated into the systems,
processes and daily actions of staff.

Based on the environmental policy and significant environmental aspects,
environmental objectives and targets shall be established, implemented and maintained at
each function and level within Rainbow Agrosciences.

Process of establishing and reviewing its objectives, Rainbow Agrosciences shall take
into consideration the legal and other requirements, significant environmental aspects,
technological options, financial/operational/business requirements, and views of interested
parties, and ensure that the objectives and targets are consistent with the environmental
policy, including commitment to pollution prevention, to compliance with applicable legal
requirements and other requirements, and to continual improvement.

The achievement of objectives and targets shall be reviewed by the Top Management
at least for every 3 month and action of revising and improvement of objectives and targets
will be carried out whenever it is needed to.
