We refer to your request for a recruitment proposal for the position of Accounts Assistant.
In this assignment, we propose to use a consultative approach as well as an open and transparent
process. This will ensure greater acceptability by the client of the results of the exercise.
Our methodology, therefore, follows a logical sequence of the following specific iterative activities.
The preliminary agreements and signing of contract before commencement of Assignment will be

The process that we intend to use to identify the most suitable candidate will be:-
Sort and select most qualified candidates based on the input we key in according to the
qualification criteria.
Develop a point rating system, which will enable the Consultant select the applicants in a
systematic way. This point rating system is normally developed by referring to the job
description of the relevant position as well as the current mandate and needs of the company.
It is therefore important to get a comprehensive job description from you.

Human Asset Consultants Ltd shall prepare a comprehensive Final Report which will mainly entail
the list and background of the recommended candidates. This will be done within 2 weeks of the
sign-off of the assignment.
3.1 INTRODUCTION
Our Financial proposal normally takes into consideration the time taken, resources needed, material
required as well as mental and physical exertion.
We will charge a placement fee of one (1) month’s gross salary of the qualified and recruited
candidate. We will also require you to pay us a down payment fee of 30% of the one month’s
salary to cater for operational and administrative costs. The remaining 70% will be invoiced once
the selected candidate reports.
Kindly note that we offer free replacement should the placed candidate leave within 3 months from
the reporting date.
