THE ASSIGNMENT

2.1 SCOPE OF ASSIGNMENT

We refer to your request for a recruitment proposal for the position of Accounts Assistant.

2.2 OUR METHODOLOGY

In this assignment, we propose to use a consultative approach as well as an open and transparent
process. This will ensure greater acceptability by the client of the results of the exercise.

Our methodology, therefore, follows a logical sequence of the following specific iterative activities.

2.2.1 Preliminary Activities: Contract Signing and Resources Mobilization

The preliminary agreements and signing of contract before commencement of Assignment will be
our first step.

2.2.2 Outreach Strategy

Our strategy will be to use various methodology of reaching the desired or targeted audience. This
will include using:-

2.2.3 Selection and Shortlisting

The process that we intend to use to identify the most suitable candidate will be:-

 Sort and select most qualified candidates based on the input we key in according to the
qualification criteria.
 Develop a point rating system, which will enable the Consultant select the applicants in a
systematic way. This point rating system is normally developed by referring to the job
description of the relevant position as well as the current mandate and needs of the company.
It is therefore important to get a comprehensive job description from you.
 Ensure that all Applications are given due considerations and fair chance.
 Ensure that the Company’s interest is a priority at all times.

2.2.4 Interviewing and Vetting Procedure


The process that we intend to use to identify the most suitable candidate includes:-
 Filling of Application for Employment Form.
 Virtual and physical Interviews ensuring that the Covid-19 protocols are observed.
 We recommend 3 top candidates to you for where you are then able to pick the
candidate of your choice.
 We will thereafter carry out background checks for those we identify as potential
candidates that we shall be recommending to you.

2.2.5 WORKPLAN AND TIMELINES

2.3 FINAL REPORT UPON COMPLETION OF ASSIGNEMENT

Human Asset Consultants Ltd shall prepare a comprehensive Final Report which will mainly entail
the list and background of the recommended candidates. This will be done within 2 weeks of the
sign-off of the assignment.

SECTION III – FINANCIAL PROPOSAL

3.1 INTRODUCTION

Our Financial proposal normally takes into consideration the time taken, resources needed, material
required as well as mental and physical exertion.

3.2 YOUR INVESTMENT

We will charge a placement fee of one (1) month’s gross salary of the qualified and recruited
candidate. We will also require you to pay us a down payment fee of 30% of the one month’s
salary to cater for operational and administrative costs. The remaining 70% will be invoiced once
the selected candidate reports.

Kindly note that we offer free replacement should the placed candidate leave within 3 months from
the reporting date.
