WebzFinance® is a Financial Software established on September 2020 and the first
version of this software will be available in marketplace for customers use from
September 2021.

This software is developed for Financial professionals in order to improve their

efficiency of work and make it efficient enough for today’s workforce in financial
sector. This product offer tremendous advantages for all the employees in financial
sector to manage their workforce day to day.

There is no any other company have implemented such type of a open source software
for small to large enterprises in one platform. These software can be assessed by a
business man to a high professional chartered accountant.

The Team members and management of the company have talented and strong skilled
background in hardware,software,finance and marketing. The CEO was a Finance and
HR Professional for ABC Company,The Product development vice president worked
as a senior software engineer at REC Company. The vice president of Marketing was
a Managing Director for RBO software Company. The vice president of Finance was
a former Director Finance for EGP Company.

All Vice President of the company are partners of the company 60% will be provided
by Vice president of Finance,Marketing and Production per person contributes 20%.
25% will be contributed by the owner of the company.

BUSINESS OVERVIEW
WebzFinance® is a Financial Software developed for accounting professionals and
non Professional using a friendly and easily handling methods to users.

WebzFinance® software is designed as a user friendly for accounting professionals,

executive employees without accounting background also can handle this software
easily as this is used as a wireless services.

WebzFinance® software includes four packages such as Browns,Silver,Gold and

Platinum. Browns package has features to handle from day to day operational
expenses, Creating Invoices and Bills in Browns package. It can be assessed for one
month freely by the customers and later it includes a small amount of charge
monthly/yearly.

The Silver includes features additional to Browns package such as Auto creation of
Profit and Loss and Balance sheet which includes charges monthly. The Gold
Package includes more features related to FIFO,LIFO and Weight-age where a store
keeper too can handle this software for stock reviewing.

Finally, Platinum Packages include more additional features than, all the rest
packages which support a chartered accountant and large firms to maintain many
companies accounts easily.

It will be sold in Retails markets,Play store,Microsoft Store,Company

website,Mailing company campaign,Bookshops, and also sold for cooperate with
agreement.

Yaalnhiey Manoharan - CEO
Ms.Yaalnhiey brings expertise experience in Human Resource,Finance,Marketing and
IT worked for leading multinational companies. She has also worked for fortune 500
companies.
She holds a Bachelor degree in science in Software Engineering. Passed finalist of
association of accounting technicians,Professional Qualification in Human Resource
Management both from UK and Srilanka Universities.

Tiron Fernando - Vice president of Product Development

Mr. Tiron Fernando was in executive team for sourceCG company in April 2010 as a
senior software engineer. He has more than ten years of experience working for many
leading software companies in Europe ad Srilanka. He has also worked on many
projects such as aviation,games development,finance software development,hr
software development and etc.
He holds a MBA in Management at University of wales and a Bachelor degree in
software engineering.

Jack Splitter - Vice president Sales and Marketing

Mr. Jack Splitter is Vice president of I webz R of sales and marketing. He joined
after 15 years of services for ABC Company. He served has a senior director sales and
marketing,He has also created more than 100 million of business per annum. He also
served experience in sales. marketing and consulting for many top recognized
companies in Europe.
Duminda Wickramasighe - Vice President Finance
Mr. Duminda worked has a Finance Director from 2005. He manage many companies
accounts and also established financial systems. He has over 12 years of experience in
financial sector and financial consultation for top companies in srilanka.

knowledgeable on it. All related training will be provided related to the software for

WebzFinance® is aligned strategically with the financial institutions and charted
companies to be a software vendors of choice for their members and staffs. This
product will be provided for them with 20% of discount rate from the price which
means a Platinum package consist of 20$/month = 4000 LKR/month will be
discounted and provided for these vendors for 16$/month = 3200 LKR/month. These
will also provide us a sales revenue from each vendors as 38400 LKR/yrs.

Our sales team will be educated on finance software and we will make them to use it
to have a clear idea about the software. A completed training will be provided them
on financial software and market types with comparison to other software. A long
training session will be provided to them and they will be also tested with their
knowledge before putting them into the field.
Our sales team will be provided a for first year to work from office with a basic salary
and commission. Later based on their performance we will facilitate them to select
