Dear Sir / Madam,

Sub: Application to trade in MCX and NCDEX (in all Segments).

I / We __________________(name of client) having client code_________________is

/ are registered with Edelweiss Broking Limited (EBL) as a client for Trading purpose.
I/we am/are also registered with Edelweiss Comtrade Limited (ECL), which is your
group company, with client code____________as a client for execution of trades in
Commodity derivative segment of MCX and/or NCDEX.

I/We am/are aware that Edelweiss Broking Limited, group Company of Edelweiss
Comtrade Limited has obtained memberships of MCX and NCDEX for commodity
derivative segment in terms of SEBI circular Ref No.
SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD1/CIR/P/2017/104 dated September 21, 2017 regarding
Integration of broking activities in Equity and Commodity Derivatives market under
single entity.

I / We wish to commence trading with EBL on commodity futures / derivatives

segments of MCX and NCDEX and I / we hereby give my/our consent for the same.

I/We further state the following:

1. I / We confirm that all details including correspondence address, contact

details, income details , bank details, demat, Comtrack details, etc. as
submitted in the KYC or any time thereafter modified by me, in EBL records
are correct and there are no changes in the details / records available with

 EBL. In case of any changes in future, I undertake to update the same
immediately.

2. I / We confirm having received, read and understood the contents of the

enclosed documents i.e. Rights and Obligations document(s), Uniform Risk
Disclosure Document, Risk Disclosure Document for Options, Do’s and Don’t’s
for Investors, Voluntary Clauses, Policies & Procedures etc. <Click here for said
documents>, for dealing in Commodity derivative Segments of MCX and
NCDEX. I also understand that these documents are also made available in my
client login. I / We have also been informed that the standard set of
documents has been displayed for information on the Website of EBL .

3. I/We understand that my / ur Client Code for MCX and NCDEX will be same as
assigned to me by EBL for trading in NSE / BSE / MSEI and all trades in MCX
and NCDEX will be carried out in the said Client Code.

4. I/We understand that all the open positions along with margin and ledger as
may be required, will be carried forward in EBL under the said client code as
per regulatory guidelines upon activation. The same will be intimated to me in
advance. I / We shall fulfil my / our obligation to EBL for such positions
transferred.

5. I / We understand that the Know Your Client (KYC), mandatory documents

and voluntary documents like, Running Account Authorisation, Risk Profiling
Questionnaire, Family Declaration, Authorisation for Trading Account, FATCA
Declaration, Nomination Form etc. where ever applicable, executed at the
time of registering me/us or thereafter as a client under the above client
code, applies mutatis mutandis to trade(s) in MCX and NCDEX.

6. I / We further agree that brokerage and other tariff charges as applicable to

my commodity account with ECL shall mutatis mutandis apply to my
commodity account to be opened with EBL. I / We further give my / our
consent to EBL to obtain and update information relating to GST details,
Commercial, Non Commercial Category details or any other information
provided by me / us to ECL.

7. I/We give my consent to send Contract Notes via electronic mode on my

registered email id in EBL records. I/ We are aware that non- receipt of
bounced mail notification by the member shall amount to delivery of the

 contract note at the above email ID.

8. I / We confirm that I / we shall abide by all the Regulatory requirements and

shall furnish any additional requirements requested from your end.

I/ We request you to consider this consent and carry out the necessary process
further.
