If we see most of the reviews by the tourists, they are of the view that Hussain Sagar is one
of the most beautiful places to visit and spend time. Its greenery and the spectacular view at
night with the mesmerising lights is the one which the people cherish the most.
The best thing about the lake is the monolithic statue of Buddha and everybody visiting
there have the same thing in their mind.
Moreover, the people who have visited the place have liked the variety of foods offered by
the nearby eateries there. Also, the kids playing zones there is liked by the parents that keep
the kids engaged. Further, another good thing is that there is plenty of spaces available for
parking with a minimal cost.
Another thing that is liked by the people is that the laser fountain show which is available at
the entrance of the lake. This is one of its kind as it explains the changes that have taken
place in the culture.
Also, the experience that the people get while riding in the boats is at another level. The
boats are there to travel across the lake. The adventurous tourists like the experience of the
speed boating whereas, the families and couples mostly like the normal boat experience as
it allows them to spend more time and allows them to click selfies with good views. Apart
from this the sunset cruises are also very enjoyable as people get a very different view and
could enjoy the calm scene.
At the same time most of the tourists are of the view that the polluted water decreases the
beauty of the lake and the foul smell discourages the people to visit more frequently.
Moreover, that kind of environment is harmful for the kids and old people. The people
complain that due to this bad obnoxious smell, they cannot sit there for more than 10-15
minutes.
Though the Telangana government has taken the initiative to clean the lake but still efforts
needs to be taken on the part of the people as they are the one that can stop spoiling the
beauty of the place by stopping the littering of waste there. As seen a lot of times that
people are dumping the waste or plastic bags into the lake.
Another thing is that people also try to commit suicide there but in most of the cases the
lifeguard who is on duty saves them. But this kind of experiences discourage other people to
come and spend time with their friends and family. Therefore, strict action should be taken
against such people.
According to the tourists, the above mentioned were some of the problems but if these are
resolved, then this place can attract more number of people as the beauty of this place
would be highlighted and maintained. This is the center of attraction and will remain one.
The people also cherish the surroundings and nearby places like Tank Bund, Lumbini Park,
Birla Mandir, Maze Garden, Sanjeevaiah Park, Snow World etc.
Moreover, the tourists have said that they like the water sports such as Jet Skis, Parasailing,
Speed Boating, Sailing and various other sports events are also held at the lake.
According to the tourists, all these things give them a very different experience and
memories to cherish. Therefore, they regard this as one of the best places as people of all
the age groups can come and enjoy the beauty of this place.
