Subject: Clarifications & Inquiries for the Invitation to Limited Tender: Design &
Build a Basketball & Volleyball court.

Dear Sirs/Madam,

Further to your Invitation to Limited Tender: Design and Build a Basketball and
Volleyball court please find below queries & clarifications as follows;

1. Provide the affection plan concept.

2. Provide the drawings showing basketball & volleyball court.
3. Confirm if any authority like Dubai Municipality or any other local authority
approval is required?
4. Is there any requirement for Consultant appointment for local authority
approval? Please clarify.
5. Where the location of site & site visit is required.
6. Conceptual design will be provided by DTC?
7. As mentioned this court will be adjacent to existing football court, hence can
you provide the existing football court drawings?
8. What is the construction period expected by DTC?
9. What is the defects liability period?
 10. As mentioned the quantities are based on attached drawings, but there are no
drawings available.
11. Instead of Bid Bond of 5%, can a Security Cheque be accepted?
12. Can Security Cheque be accepted instead of Performance Bank Guarantee of
10%?
13. Is there any supervision/responsible person from DTC for approval of shop
drawings, materials, etc.
