EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Aurora Bouquet Present (ABP) is one of new “Small to Medium Enterprise” (SME) business
that was established after the research was done based on another enterprise service. The
company has started as a small business enterprise with always have offering of a huge
variety form of present. This type of present involves two types of present that will
produce in term of bouquets and gift box present. This business is often in high demand
when it comes to special days such as Mother's Day, Teacher's Day and Teacher's Day. This
gift present is very much in demand especially among the young to be given to the special.
At the same time it is not confined to young people but is suitable for all ages.

Aurora Bouquet Present (ABP) is also known as a new business that being applied from
present of floral arrangements originally in the form of bouquets and gift box present. The
main purpose of this business is to upgrade what already exists in others business. The
changes are made to capture the interest of the customers with the variety of compositions
that will be produced according to the customer's request. This Aurora Bouquet Present
(ABP) business is not only limited to snacks but in order to show the innovations that are

put ABP business one step ahead from who have established in this type of business for
more years. We will start to promote Aurora Bouquet Present (ABP) through various type
of marketing such as on online and direct customer. This will directly to meet customers
and chances to more expand this business to all places.

a. MANAGING DIRECTOR – Responsible for the performance of the company as


dictated by the board’s overall strategy and control the company’s operation
and give strategic guidance and direction to ensure that the company
achieves its mission and objectives.
b. FINANCE DIRECTOR – To contribute to the attainment of the company’s
business objectives by providing strategic and financial guidance to ensure
that the company’s financial commitments are met and developing all
necessary policies and procedures to ensure the financial management and
also control of the company’s business
c. MARKETING DIRECTOR – Responsible for their company’s marketing and
communications strategies, as well as overall branding and image. They
prepared annual marketing plans, create a calendar of any events, set the
marketing budget and analyse the market and competitors.
d. DELIVEY CONTROL MANAGER – Review customer orders and plan working
coordinate delivery activities, build positive and productive working
relationship with customers for business growth, manage a delivery team to
ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries and also serve a primary
contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
e. PRODUCTION – Responsible for converting raw materials and other inputs
into finished goods o services. In between the process of production, the
department works to improve the efficiency of the production or assembly
line so that it can meet the output targets set by company management and
ensure finished product offer consume the best value and quality.
f. STAF DIRECTOR- Manage, implement and carry out work that helps the
organization achieve its mission or overall purpose. Thrive hard to deliver
their level best and achieves the assigned targets within the stipulated time
frame.
