By default, with a low carbohydrate diet, you must replace the missing calories

First let's discuss the benefits of a high-protein diet. From a fat-loss perspective,
protein is the macronutrient that is the most calorie wasteful in terms of breakdown.

The third benefit is that if protein intakes are brought up to about 1.5 grams per pound of lean muscle mass, there is Top 10: 2009 Geneva Concept Car

moving to a higher protein diet (or higher fat, as it's the same story) is likely a good idea. This can help decrease the Top 10: Hype-Worthy 2009 Athletes

My favorite protein powder is IsaLean Shake. It is 23 grams of high quality protein - undenatured organic whey
protein. Honestly, it's the only shake I've had that I haven't been tired of before the canister was finished. And if you
want more protein, you can buy the IsaPro Protein Powder and add to your shake.

for mass you need almost twice as many carbs as you do protein, and i mean healthy carbs. 1 to 1.5g of protein per
pound of bodyweight is plenty to bulk up. Read any fitness mag.

ketosis is a natural body state where the liver converts glucose from fats into oxalacetate and acetylene, as a source
of energy.

because this happens during starvation, where the body is just burning through fats, the neurons and nervous system
run off of the converted alcohols, but normally run off the same glucoses made from normal carboxyl groups.

you can damage your body badly if you dont make a transition to this type of diet, so be careful and talk to a doctor
first.

I went from 150-190 lbs in 5 months by working out like a mad man for 2 hrs a day 6 days a week. My diet consisted
of a balance between carbs, colories and of course the most important- protein. My goal was to reach 300 grams of
protein a day, and it worked!

High protein in and of itself does not damage your kidneys. More water is good but watch it so as not to throw off
your electrolyte balance (e.g., muscle cramps).
