Vision
With a strong sense of social responsibility, Coco Vida Corporation envisions to be
the leading partner of every institution in providing best, unique, delicious and healthy
products to achieve welfare of every human being.
Mission
As a food corporation, Coco Vida is committed in providing its customers the
opportunity to bring about better quality of life for themselves and their respective families
and localities through offering healthy goods and vital services. Being a provider of food
products, Coco Vida ought to:
1. Delight its customers with foods and services of uncompromising quality,
great taste and value, and are easily within their reach.
2. Work hand-in hand with business partners, suppliers and employees to
achieve stability of the corporation.
Goals
In line with the mission of Coco Vida, specific organizational goals were outlined in
order to achieve the purpose of the corporation. These serve as the springboard to an end
result, a guide toward defined institutional objectives, a means to overcome challenges and a
measure of business’ performance while sustaining the business. These goals are the
following:
 To achieve ascendancy among food corporations by ensuring stable relationship with
all of its stakeholders.
In today’s business world, a lot of threats can emerge like increasing number
of competitors, and they grow faster than ever before. Thus, having a good and
stable relationship with all stakeholders will build up networks that develop
credible, united voices that are important to the organization. Employees, as
one of the stakeholders, will help the company solve its issues and problems
while its customers increase its profitability and sustainability through
patronizing the company’s products and services.
 To promote a healthy lifestyle of each and every individual.
Every day, all individuals do a lot of activities on each of their subjects or
works that results to a long tiring day. At the same time, they are exhausted and
hungry. Due to this, opportunities were grabbed by the entrepreneurs. One of these
opportunities is to establish a business which offers a delicious, healthy and
instagrammable food.
Coco Vida took these opportunities and led them to offer the market a new,
delicious and instagrammable nuggets. The product was named CoCoBox nuggets, a
coconut chicken nugget. This would solve customers’ problems and needs, that is, to
give them a food that does not just satisfy their hunger but also give them health
benefits that might help them boost their energy and strengthen their body to do their
individual endeavor.
Objectives
In line with the business’ goals, specific, measurable, attainable, reliable and
time-bound (SMART) objectives were outlined in order to attain the goals of the
company. This will help the company turn their vision into realities as well as clear-
cut measurable targets.
Company’s Values
Coco Vida’s fundamental belief is to value and take care everyone’s life. This
includes taking care and giving value to its corporators, employees, customers and other
individuals outside the institution— stewardship and accountability. It is the two core values
that permeate all other values: customer-oriented, risk-taker, operantly-engaged, service-

Rules and Regulations
This ‘Rules and Regulations’ applies to all the employees of Coco Vida Corporation,
regardless of rank, whether permanent, temporary, co-terminus or directly-hired contractual.

Penalties
Employees who are not following any of the laws, rules and regulation of the
company must face the consequences of their irresponsible actions. He/she may be removed
from office or ended from suspension of one (1) to thirty (30) days depending on his/her
violations and if the employee repeated the same action, he/she may be terminated to
dismissal from the service.

5.) Don't decrease the goal, increase the effort.

3.) Don't allow anyone to “pass the buck” or deflect blame for things that are within
his or her responsibility.

Coco Vida corporation use its “COCO LIFE’S” principles in every level
of the business. This pertains to an acronym which states that the business is

goods that can meet the needs and wants of its customers.
