 Category III: External risks - Some risks arise from events outside the
company and are beyond its influence or control. Sources of these risks
include natural and political disasters and major macroeconomic shifts.

1. The Leadership Framework is a set of principles defining what managers
must know and must do. It addresses leadership in a holistic manner at
the individual, team and organizational levels. The framework clearly
defines the requirements for leadership and sets practical and
consistent standards expected of managers
