In this age, when everything has gone “online”, there is an urgent need of an
employment exchange on the internet. At the same time, it will save a job
seeker valuable time and expose him to a large number of opportunities.

The project is an online job portal that provides information about the
available jobs in the market. It allows the companies to view job seekers’
profiles .Similarly the seekers can also log into the website and view company
profiles.

3E.com- The Eccentric Employment Exchange is an online employment

exchange which provides opportunities in the form of available jobs.

The objective of the project is to empower the job seekers with a wide variety
of available jobs.

It also provides all the latest employment news. News about new projects to
be launched in near future is also updated

The admin has been given the rights to add, delete or modify the advertisements in the
website.

The admin also has the right to manage the users. The admin can add or delete both the job
seekers and employers
