Therefore, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of land compensation to the

Pattedars/ Land losers through (38) cheques for an amount of Rs: 1,22,13,750-00
(Rupees One crore twenty two lakhs thirteen thousand seven hundred and fifty only)
is enclosed herewith. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Gajwel shall distribute the cheque
to the concerned Land loser under proper identification, and obtain the acquittance in
triplicate and submit the same along with Utilization Certificate.

The Authorized Officer/Revenue Divisional Officer, Gajwel has submitted proceedings

through his letter 3rd read above intending to acquire the land to an extent of Ac. 20.14 ¾ gts to
an amount Rs: 1,22,13,750-00 (Rupees One crore twenty two lakhs thirteen thousand seven
hundred and fifty only) in various survey numbers situated at Singaram Village of Kondapaka
Mandal, for construction of Mallanna Sagar Reservoir, under Kaleshwaram Project, for

Whereas, the draft proceedings submitted by the Authorized Officer/ Revenue

Divisional Officer, Gajwel in the reference 2 nd read above for voluntary acquisition of land for
public purpose for the aforesaid project has been verified and scrutinized with the reference to
Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and
Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act No. 30 of 2013) as amended by Right to Fair Compensation
and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Telangana
Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21/2017) read with rules made thereunder and accordingly the
proceeding is hereby approved for an amount of Rs: 1,22,13,750-00 (Rupees One crore twenty

Vide reference 2nd cited, the Authorized Officer/RDO, Gajwel has submitted the
proposals for approval of proceeding issued for Voluntary Acquisition of land under
section 30A of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013 (30/2013) as amended by the RFCTLARR
(Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 21 of 2017) and rules framed thereunder for an
extent of Ac. 20.14 ¾ Gts. to an amount of Rs: 1,22,13,750-00 (Rupees One crore twenty
two lakhs thirteen thousand seven hundred and fifty only) situated at Singaram
Village of Kondapaka Mandal and requested to publish the proceeding in Official
Gazette and sanction to an amount of Rs: 1,22,13,750-00 in favour of (38) pattedars
towards payment of compensation.
On verification of the proposals submitted by the Authorized Officer/ RDO,

Gajwel with the proceeding issued vide read 1 st above, it is found that the rate finalized
for the above patta lands is @ Rs. 6.00 lakhs per acre and preliminary notification under
Section 11 (1) of the Act has been published on 25.01.2018 in Vaartha Telugu Daily news
paper to an extent of Ac. 34.04 ¼ gts. But the RDO, Gajwel submitted proposals for
payment to an extent of Ac. 20.14 ¾ gts, and not offered any remarks for balance land to
an extent of Ac. 13.29 ½ gts. The details of lands acquired under Section 30A of the Act
and payments of compensation to made are as follows.

The Revenue Divisional Officer, Gajwel has reported that the land in Sy.No. 167/EE to an extent
of 1.00 acre land situated at Singaram Village of Kondapak Mandal has been acquired from
Sri Podduturi Ellaiah s/o Sayaiah whose name was notified in Preliminary Notification and payment was
already made vide District Collector, Siddipet Proc.No. G1/1212/2017, dated: 13.11.2018 for an amount
of Rs. 6,00,000-00 (@ Rs. 6.00 lakhs per acre) through cheque bearing No. 070197, dated: 13.11.2018.
Further, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gajwel has reported that as per report of Tahsildar,
Kondapak, the said land was sold away to Sri Mangagouni Anja Goud S/o Gala Goud and 13-B
certificate (vide No. B/339/2018, dated: 03.07.2018) also issued by Tahsildar, Kondapak to
Sri Mangagouni Anja Goud S/o Gala Goud.
In view of the above, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gajwel has requested to cancel the earlier
issued cheque bearing No. 070197, dated: 13.11.2018 for Rs. 6,00,000-00 in the name of Sri Podduturi
