Sub:-Regarding refund of registration and user fee paid in e-payment via CFMS/IGRS.

Respected Sir/Madam,
It is submitted that I had paid the registration and user fee an amount of RS 1210/-
(1000+210) through e-payment in www.igrs.ap.gov.in on 29/09/2018 in the name of my grand
mother C KANTHAMMA with CFMS TRANSCTION ID – 20033446712018, BANK
TRANSACTION ID - CPK1837724 & Department transaction id - 1809291140141006.The
CFMS challan had generated successfully and the challan status shows payment transaction
successful. But due to the mistake of CFMS officials the CFMS challan status does not contain
the details on whose name or for what purpose it is generated , it just shows only remitters name
as PAVAN KUMAR. So the sub register PALAMNER had rejected the CFMS challan generated
by me.Even I had raised a complaint with CFMS customer care just they washed their hands by
showing the reason request for refund with revenue department. Due to the mistake of CFMS
officials I faced lot of problems and my challan became useless so I am requesting you to refund
my amount and take necessary action on CFMS officials.
