RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,
As we know that government of INDIA has proposed the construction of DARMAPURI
PIPELINE H.P.C.L. Based on that I had received above reference notice on 24/09/2019.So as
per section 5(1) of the acquisition of right of user in the land I am submitting my objections.

 Due to this I am going to my right on one acre of agriculture land consisting of MANGO
GARDEN, DRIP PIPELIN with respect to survey no. (685,711,704,710,709,707,708) related
to BANDARLAPALLI REVENUE VILLAGE. This property is my ancestral property.
The above said land is very valuable and DRY land .This land is near to
RAMAKUPPAM TOWN & located on V KOTA –RAMAKUPPAM road side. This land is
suitable for commercial & housing sites.

The procedure fallowed in acquiring the right of users under the acquisition of right of
user in the land is against the due process of law. Since I had already received a notice
R.O.C.NO:2/VDPL /CA/3(1)/NOTICE/CHI/BANDARLAPALLI/15, Dated:21/05/2019 in the
month of MAY 2019 as if the appropriate government is acquiring the right only for 0.75 acres
in survey no.685 which was passing through the west side of my land. Even I had accepted and
not placed any objection. But I had received a notice on 23/09/2019 as if appropriate government
is acquiring the right of user from east side of the land which is on road side. Also there is
increase in the extent of land under acquisition.

This change in alignment was due to the political pressure created by Ex. Minister.
AMARNATH REDDY GARU. Since the previous alignment for construction of pipeline was
passing through his stone quarry. This procedure is entirely illegal and against the due process of
law.

This present alignment creates a huge damage for my total ….acres of land .Therefore I
am not willing to part my land for formation of pipeline in my land until appropriate government
addicts to construct pipeline in earlier alignment rather than present alignment.

So I am requesting you to construct the pipe line in earlier alignment (West side) rather
than the present alignment (EAST SIDE) and to reduce this huge damage.
