The above-captioned case is an expropriation proceeding, involving

ownership and possession of the properties, filed pursuant to Rule 67 of the
Rules of Court.

In the complaint, these properties were enumerated as part of the real

properties used directly and indirectly in the electric distribution services in
Iloilo City, which are subject of the expropriation case where Plaintiff, MORE
Electric Power Corporation (MORE for brevity), sought the issuance of a
Writ of Possession.
