Variable components to be able separated from fixed components (reflect

in the final bill unless they want a consolidate bill)

Fixed components - needs to be given concession (details of concession to
be shared by Dr David)

In Add Charges pop up there is an option to mention the fixed components

and variable components and procedural charges.

In Cashier Dashboard option for separate payment for laboratory charges and pharmacy
charges.

There is option to print Consolidated bill to print all details.

Ex: Consolidated bill for IP patient

There is an option to print final bill only with fixed components

Ex: Final Bill for IP Patient

Observation room for 4/12/24 hours - Consolidate charges for billing - TBD
