This is a listing of approved Steel Bridge Fabricators prepared in Inspection Services Branch
accordance with the Office of Materials and Testing Standard QPL-60 15 Kennedy Dr.
Operating Policy 8 (SOP-8) entitled “Inspection of Structural Steel Forest Park, GA 30297
Bridge Members”. Please refer to sections 501 and 851 of the GDOT Steel Bridge Fabricators Office Phone: 404-608-4885

Structural steel bridge members must be pre-inspected and stamped with a G.D.T. (Georgia Dept. of Transportation) number. Bridge members without stamps or from fabricators not contained
within this list must not be incorporated into any GDOT work without prior approval from the engineer and should be reported to the Inspection Services Branch of the Office of Materials and
Testing.
