Performing Site Verification

Site verification is used to check the status of a site during the site deployment. The check
items include the software and hardware running status, optical power, board status, GPS,
clock, alarms, bar code information, version information, and cell running status, S1 interface
status, and license status. The site verification phase is optional. If you select it when starting
an NE commissioning task, the U2020 automatically starts site verification and includes the
verification result in the NE commissioning report.

Prerequisites
You have selected Site Verification when starting the commissioning task on the U2020.

Context
The execution results of the check items of site verification are recorded in the site
verification report and included in the commissioning report.

NOTICE:

Do not modify NE configuration during the site verification phase. Otherwise, site
verification may fail or the result may be incorrect.

Procedure
1. During the site verification phase, the U2020 automatically executes the following
check items and notifies you of the current check item.
