contribution overall
on this group task

Aaron was always present at every meeting, he has always been active, undertaking and
made others aware of his presence during the meetings. He is not someone to blend into the
background easily, so he matches a vibrant group ethic. Aaron is always willing to listen to
others and give them a chance to talk. When he notices someone has trouble speaking up he
gives them a chance, which shows his support towards his other team members.

It would be possible for Aaron to speak his mind bit more concerning topic relevant ideas. I
feel like there could be more creative input from his side, that has not yet been shown. He is
always very talkative, but could try to use this vibrant energy in the making of the product
since we have to give it a unique boost.

Furthermore Aaron is not stubborn, which makes him an easy team mate to work with. He is
willing to make his own actions fit the ideas of others without being a block in the road. All
together he is a very social, energetic person, but has to be careful this won’t be his weak
spot as focus can sometimes drift away.

contribution overall
on this group task

Overall Aaron was a productive member of our COP. He contributed many ideas during brainstorm
sessions and was well informed about discussed topics. Aaron dove into the topic of interviewing for
our product and found multiple articles which were informative and helped to create the overall
structure of the topic. He always does his fair share if work and presents the result in an appropriate
and good manner.
On the other hand, Aaron sometimes tends to go of topic which can be irritating at some points.
However, after a complain, Aaron goes back to work and completes his task. In my opinion he needs
to work a little bit on his behaviour to become more professional, on the other hand a laugh during a
working session never harmed nobody and therefore can loose up the tense working environment.

All in all, I am happy with Aaron and his work up to this date and I am sure that this will noot change.
