New App for Student Password Reset

Effective 22 July 2019, students are no longer required to
reset, unlock or change their Windows login password at
the Helpdesk counter, as this service will be replaced by
ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus.

Install ADSelfServicePlus

Go to your App Store or Google Play to install the

ManageEngine ADSelfServicePlus app.

Server Setting
Enter the Server Setting information. (refer to the image
below)

Then, click Save button.

User Login
Click on the Login button and log in using your current login
details(refer to the image below)
Windows Login (example below)

Your windows login password is required to meet the following minimum

requirements:
• Minimum 8 characters
• Not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name
that exceed two consecutive characters
• Contain characters from three of the following four categories:
• English uppercase characters (A through Z)
• English lowercase characters (a through z)
• Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
• Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)
