I. UA2001 Introduction
Inateck UA2001 is a portable IDE/SATA to USB 3.0 SDD/HDD convertor, featuring very
conveniently connecting to 3 2.5/3.5 inch hard drivers with SATA or IDE interfaces; Delicate,
unique and space saving appearance design with one touch backup function; It secures and
synchronizes data more easily;It offers an ideal connecting way between external storage
devices and PCs.

III. Introduction of Backup Function


a. Select the drive of the target device.

b. After selecting the drive, the Config, OTB Path and Restore will enabled.

c. In Config page, set the PC as Original PC, then we can use the backup function.

d. Select the folder for backup. Then, click Save.

e. (3) Backup Set: Blue Light means the user has already chosen the folder for
backup. (4) Mode: Original PC. Then, click (5) to start the backup. If you need
to stop the backup process, click (5) again. Then, the backup process will be
stopped.

f. The backup processing window can be minimized. After finished, the message
box will be pop-up to notice the user.

IV. Introduction of Restore Function


a. Source Path: Restore data to their orginal folders, only usable in original PC.
b. Custom Path: Resrore the data in external HDD to specified folder.
c. Click Restore to start, click it again will stop the operation.

V. Option Page
a. Support the OTB button or not. Default checked.
b. Pop up a message box before starting backup, to prevent user misclick. Default
checked.
c. Pop up countdown window after completing backup. The computer shuts down
when countdown finishs.
d. Click Save to save the changes.
