About +2 at NCA

On the lap of the Machhapuchhre Himalaya and at the heart of Pokhara, National Creation
Academy (NCA) is situated in Milan Marg, Nagdhunga, Pokhara-8, Kaski since 2063 BS. It lies just
behind the Janapriya Mulitple College, Simalchuar-8 Pokhara. The school is spread over the
seven ropani land with greenery and academic environment. All of the faculties of the NCA are
dedicated, experienced, qualified, and competent. So, we assure our students and parents to
provide quality and practical education. We also assure our students for their successful
upcoming academic career and meet the future challenges.

Our Objectives:

Few Words from Chairperson
I feel very grateful to convey a few words from the desk of chairperson. We
are going to launch +2 Law and Management education at NCA. Apparently,
NCA has been already emerged as a successful and leading educational
institution in Pokhara. In addition, we further want to transform our
knowledge, skill, and long experience to our students by which not only
benefitting our students but also our community, society and ultimately the
nation. On behalf of NCA, we never compromise with the quality education.
We not only teach formal and theoretical education, we are emphasizing for
the practical and applied education for the solution of professional challenges and challenges in the
societies. We will keep in touch with guardians as per necessary and we will receive feedback from
the different sectors and shall not have any hesitation to correct our shortcomings. We will also
address the voice of students, parents and staff.

NCA offers a high quality education since long. During our long journey in
the field of education, we are always concerned about the improvement
and development of quality education. We are always encouraged, empow-
ered, and determined to improve the existing education system. Keeping in
mind about that, we are going to launch +2 Law and Management from this
academic session. We, again feel more hopeful, grateful and delighted to
inform about the further involvement to provide higher education. As we

Why NCA?
As the capital of the Gandaki province, Pokhara provides a huge number of opportunities for law and
management students to become part of the legal and managerial works and practices during their
studies. With some of the most famous law firms and chambers based here, there are endless
networking opportunities. NCA provides a great professional platform for our students to gain
practical experience and contact before they graduate. We have a long standing relationship with
high court, district court, bar association, attorney general office of Gandaki Province, different
ministries, chambers of commerce, central office (NRB) Gandaki province, head office of various
banks and business houses. NCA also provides various academic facilities through academic connec-
tions with various +2 schools, private and public universities and colleges.

Academic Faculties & Management Bodies


The most important resource of any institution is the institutional unified team which is the
greatest source of NCA. We have experienced, dedicated, competitive and enthusiastic faculties
who have distinctive expertise in different teaching learning activities including curriculum
analysis and development, modeling and practicing of assessment, research and writings,
socio-educational counseling, techno-references understanding, etc. In sum, the team of NCA has
two distinctive and effective college teaching models. Firstly, all of the faculties have intellectual
excitement which provides the clarity of an instructor’s communications, and their positive
emotional impact on students and secondly, all of the members have interpersonal rapport which
helps create establishing innovative student centric teaching and learning environment.

Prof. Hima Raj Giri


Prof. Giri was awarded his Master degree in Comparative Law from Delhi Univer-
sity, India. Likewise, he also holds his MA in Political Science from TU. In
accordance with his academic career, he had started his teaching profession
from the Mahendra Multipal Campus, Nepalgjung for four year. After that, he
served as a head of the department of Law during different time periods in
PNC. In sum, his academic involvement has already been crossed for more than
32 years. He has been teaching in related fields of Law program like BALLB and
LLB as a faculty member since long. He has published more than six law books in related fields.
Likewise, he has conducted different five mini researches and published around 50 general and
research based articles in different journals. He has supervised two LLM dissertations and he has
worked as an ad-hoc coordinator of BA LLB program, PNC. He has awarded as a best teacher award
which has awarded by PNC. He has been working as a coordinator of Pragyak Prabha, an interdisciplin-
ary research journal, faculty of law PNC, Pokhara. He is also ongoing PhD scholar in TU, Nepal. His

Mr. Bhola Nath Adhikari
Mr. Adhikari has achieved his Master Degree in Anthropology from TU in
first division and he was awarded by Gopal Singh Nepali Memorial Research
Award, the best thesis of the year, and an award given for outstanding
success for the highest marks of the year by the Sher Bahadur-Purna
Kumari Gurung Trust. Likewise, he has successfully completed his LLB from
Prithivi Narayan College, TU. He has participated and presented his
research paper in an international workshop conducted by AJEI from 3rd-5th April 2017, in GOA,
India. Behind this, he has published dozens of research based articles in various peer reviewed
and index journals. Likewise, he has participated and presented various research papers in
research workshop conducted within the country. He has been involving in BA LLB program as
a faculty member since its establishment in PNC and various academic institutions as a faculty
member for 10 years. He is in the last year in his PhD and has been awarded by UGC as a young

Mr. Birendra Bastola


Basotla has completed his LLM in commercial law from Nepal Law Campus
and MA in Sociology from Central Department of TU. He has been involving
in various academic institutions like Nobel Academy, Informatics College,
Nepal Tourism and Hotel Management College, BA LLB and BBA program in
PNC, La Grand International College, Amti Institute of Management and
Technology, as a teaching faculty for 13 years. Besides this, he has
successfully completed his tenure of secretary of Bar Association, Kaski

Mr. Madhav Neupane


Mr. Neupane was awarded his LLM in Business and international trade law
from Purbanchal University and MA in political science from TU. He has
been engaging in legal professionalism since 2059 BS. Likewise, he had
affiliated into the Linkon College of Management as a faculty member and
he has been affiliating in BA LLB program since its establishment in PN
Campus, Pokhara. He has established himself as pioneer entrepreneur of
tourism sector and he has been engaging into the promotion and develop-

Mr. Ram Prasad Buda


Mr. Ram Prasad Buda has received his LLM in Criminal Law and Justice from
Purbanchal University. He has been engaging in the BA LLB and MPA
program since 2071 BS in PNC, Pokhara. He has been engaging as a founder
chairperson in Dolpa Jilla Bar Association, Dolpa. Apart from these, he has
been practicing as a lawyer in the Dolpa and Kaski district for more than 20
years. Likewise, he has been engaging as a legal researcher in various
related fields.

Mr. Baikuntha Raj Timasina
Mr. Timasina has more than 19 years of working experience in banking
sector. He started his banking career from Machhapuchchhre Bank Ltd. in
1999 A.D. and since then he has held a series of leadership positions in
different banks. Prior to joining NCA he was in Green Development Bank
Ltd, as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He holds Master’s Degree in
Business Administration and Bachelor in Education from TU. He has been
involved in education as a faculty member in Pokhara Multiple Collage
(PMC); BBS programme and Nepal Tourism and Hotel Management Collage (NTHMC), BBA

Mr. Gyanendra Thapa


Mr. Thapa is a founder principal of NCA for six years.
He possesses his academic scholar CA (final) from the Institute
of India and BBS from TU. He has been teaching as a lecturer at
Enlightened International Academy and Prisma.
He had worked as an internal auditor at GBBL for years.

Mr. Ramesh Poudel


Mr. Ramesh Poudel is a lecturer of Prithivi Narayan Campus, TU. He has
completed his master’s degree in business studies from TU in 2012 with
account specialization. He has served as a lecturer at Nepal Tourism and Hotel
Management College and Nobel College as a teaching faculty for MBA and
BBA program. During his 7 years academic career, he has published several
papers in various journals of Nepal. He is a young and dynamic academician
who teaches various subjects of Management for +2 programs.

Mr. Udaya Subedi


Mr. Subedi has completed his master’s degree in English from TU. He has
served as a teacher at Prativa Higher Secondary, Shantiniketan, Dhaulagiri
and Nilgiri English School for more than 10 years. He has been working as
Public Relation Officer & IELTS tutor at Times Global Educational Consul-
tancy. He is a young, energetic, dynamic academic person. His contact

One of the major focuses of NCA is interactive and supportive approach of teaching and
