On the lap of the Machhapuchhre Himalaya and at the heart of Pokhara, National Creation
Academy (NCA) is situated in Milan Marg, Nagdhunga, Pokhara-8, Kaski since 2063 BS. It lies just
behind the Janapriya Mulitple College, Simalchuar-8 Pokhara. The school is spread over the
seven ropani land with greenery and academic environment. All of the faculties of the NCA are
dedicated, experienced, qualified, and competent. So, we assure our students and parents to
provide quality and practical education. We also assure our students for their successful
upcoming academic career and meet the future challenges.
Our Objectives:
- To transform legal/management education through academic rigor, practical orientation
and outcome based teaching.
- To undertake impactful research addressing local, national and global challenges.
- To develop legal professionals and entrepreneurs with innovation, spirit, tolerance and
desirable personalities.
- To educate and train the students for excellent lawyers who will enrich and serve local,
state, tribal, national and international communities.
- To maintain our long tradition of opening access to the legal/management profession.
- To focus our resources on some of Nepal’s most pressing legal and managerial needs

Few Words from Chairperson
I feel very grateful to convey a few words from the desk of chairperson. We
are going to launch +2 Law and Management education at NCA. Apparently,
NCA has been already emerged as a successful and leading educational
institution in Pokhara. In addition, we further want to transform our
knowledge, skill, and long experience to our students by which not only
benefitting our students but also our community, society and ultimately the
nation. On behalf of NCA, we never compromise with the quality education.
We not only teach formal and theoretical education, we are emphasizing for
the practical and applied education for the solution of professional challenges and challenges in the
societies. We will keep in touch with guardians as per necessary and we will receive feedback from
the different sectors and shall not have any hesitation to correct our shortcomings. We will also
address the voice of students, parents and staff.
In this juncture, I hope, all the stakeholders will contribute to reach our destination.

Why NCA?
As the capital of the Gandaki province, Pokhara provides a huge number of opportunities for law and
management students to become part of the legal and managerial works and practices during their
studies. With some of the most famous law firms and chambers based here, there are endless
networking opportunities. NCA provides a great professional platform for our students to gain
practical experience and contact before they graduate. We have a long standing relationship with
high court, district court, bar association, attorney general office of Gandaki Province, different
ministries, chambers of commerce, central office (NRB) Gandaki province, head office of various
banks and business houses. NCA also provides various academic facilities through academic connec-
tions with various +2 schools, private and public universities and colleges.

Mr. Bhola Nath Adhikari
Mr. Adhikari has achieved his Master Degree in Anthropology from TU in
first division and he was awarded by Gopal Singh Nepali Memorial Research
Award, the best thesis of the year, and an award given for outstanding
success for the highest marks of the year by the Sher Bahadur-Purna
Kumari Gurung Trust. Likewise, he has successfully completed his LLB from
Prithivi Narayan College, TU. He has participated and presented his
research paper in an international workshop conducted by AJEI from 3rd-5th April 2017, in GOA,
India. Behind this, he has published dozens of research based articles in various peer reviewed
and index journals. Likewise, he has participated and presented various research papers in
research workshop conducted within the country. He has been involving in BA LLB program as
a faculty member since its establishment in PNC and various academic institutions as a faculty
member for 10 years. He is in the last year in his PhD and has been awarded by UGC as a young

Mr. Baikuntha Raj Timasina
Mr. Timasina has more than 19 years of working experience in banking
sector. He started his banking career from Machhapuchchhre Bank Ltd. in
1999 A.D. and since then he has held a series of leadership positions in
different banks. Prior to joining NCA he was in Green Development Bank
Ltd, as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He holds Master’s Degree in
Business Administration and Bachelor in Education from TU. He has been
involved in education as a faculty member in Pokhara Multiple Collage
(PMC); BBS programme and Nepal Tourism and Hotel Management Collage (NTHMC), BBA

Teaching learning and assessment
Learning as a Collaborative Process
One of the major focuses of NCA is interactive and supportive approach of teaching and
learning. To fulfill innovative teaching and learning, the NCA focus on collaborative approach to
assure relevant, applied and contemporary academia. We faculties and students are basically
guided by contemporary needs, trends and situations. The NCA encourages students to empow-
er themselves for their academic career and their career opportunities. It focuses to access and
encourage as required for student’s learning styles and needs. As required by different necessi-
