I don’t know the others, personally my own opinion is you don’t have to be phenomenally successful in

your studies or work to be happy. However, if u don’t do well as u can, it’ll make u unhappy

Even people who get top marks in everything don’t seem any happier than the rest of us.

I suppose it’s not really important. I mean, u should keep healthy but sometime u have to break the
rules to discover the world. u can’t just eat like a vegan or not drink or be limited by bunch of standard.

I don’t really see it quite that way. After all, Perceiving beauty in nature ? maybe but art not everyone
get pleasure from it

Find the lesson or opportunity within the problem. There is almost always a good side of a problem.
Perhaps it alerts us to a great way to improve our business. Or teaches us how our lives perhaps are as
bad as we thought. Finding this more positive part of the problem reduces its negative emotional impact
and you may even start to see the situation as a great opportunity for you.

And to do that sometimes u need helps from ur family or ur friends.

I think people today most of us live for our family right? Family is the best thing in the world that
nothing can replace, isn’t it? we can’t live a life without friends or family, it’s so pity. And oneday we’ll
die in solitude
