COVID-19: THREE MAJAYJAYEÑOS CONFIRMED POSITIVE

Majayjay Mayor, Jojo Invincor Clado and Majayjay Rural Health Unit officially announced that two
Majayjay citizens from Barangay Panglan considered positive in an undergone COVID-19 test on March
31, 2020 and from Barangay San Miguel on April 1, 2020.

Mayor Jojo declared in Facebook LIVE that two persons from Barangay Panglan was positive based on
the results of the test. The said persons were arrived from Australia. They said that they possibly
obtained the disease from the concert they attended in Manila. and they are begging for those whom
they have been mingle with due to that time to consult or take a NCOV test and now they are currently
in an under quarantine in San Pablo. Another person that was identified as NCOV positive is a frontliner
from Barangay San Miguel. It is being said that he can't feel any symptoms and might seized from
transferring PUI, PUM, and Covid patients but he is now currently in a home quarantine according to
Miguelito Sobrevinas, one of his acquaintance.

The announcement obviously leads every Majayjayeños to panic but Mayor JoJo restrictly uttered to
stay at home for their safety and in order to lessen the prevalence of corona virus in the town of
Majayjay.
