Objectives:

The BERDE project is generated by SSG Officers which aims related the line with
mission vision of the environmental care ,this project will help to promote cleanliness
and awareness of individuals about 3R's: Reuse, Reduce and Recycle.

The purpose of this action project is to serve in the community in simple ways
conjunct with the preservation of environment and demonstrate how progress is
being made in effective waste management and clean by every barangays.

1. Barangay Ilayang San Francisco (Tondo)

2. Barangay San Miguel (Kalye Gipit)

3. Barangay Pook

4. Barangay Sta.Catalina

5. Barangay Regidor

Proposed Budget: The budget for this is estimated at 100php-200php which will be
provided by the SSG Officers.

Target Beneficiaries: Majayjay Citizens

Description:

As we have always observed, every time we clean every barangays we bring it to

the junkshop to get a little amount of income.

People are considered to be the most intelligent creatures on Earth who are able to
learn new things in the universe which can lead them to the technological
advancement. It goes without saying that there are many benefits in technological
development for the economy but it also destroys our environment gradually. We
develop technologies and science to make our life better but we do not fall to
thinking that it can ruin everything that surround us in the near future. The
destructive human activity cause several adverse effects on environment. The
effects of pollution are devastative. It is very important to explore the various types
of pollution and all possible ways of their prevention in order to make our planet a
safe place for the growth and development of all living things.

Human existence is indispensably related closely with the nature. Because, there
are direct or indirect interactions between human and its environment. Human
activities are mainly about concerning their common needs and any further specific
life requirement. Fortunes are on their hands, because majority of the materials they
need can be discovered in many ways on earth, and that is why interaction of both
parties is inevitable. It is clear that there are causal impacts that involved within the
ecosystem. Generally, human as the creature who has needs and desires, have
intention to take advantages from nature and its environment, in any good or bad
term. But, unfortunately there are some indications that human over enforcing their
greed. The desire of fulfilling needs somehow able to give reverse impact. Some are
malicious and not beneficial at all. As time goes by, the nature gives some concrete
unpleasant feedback. Controllable or not, there are some disasters that come over.
However, some undesirable effects somehow caused by the human itself, it is the
result of reckless human who do not seek any bad possibilities coming in the future
if they don’t being responsible to the mother nature. That is why; environmental
management is severely needed, and should be one of the considerations in any
action when generating interaction with environment. Hence, the students body will
voluntarily clean the selected barangays in Majayjay in order to implement its
cleanliness

Objectives:

1. To promote the awareness of the Majayjay Citizens in cleaning

2. To expose the Majayjay citizens in environmental activities

3. To support other environmental projects

4. To reduce the waste in the environment

5. To foster solidarity among residents of the barangay

Methodology:

1. Preparation of project proposal

2. Compliance of project proposal

3. Searching for 1-5 barangays

4. Preparation of materials needed

5. Start of BERDE Project

6. Making a narrative report

Goal: To have a unity, care and discipline from our environment.
