things, everyone can easy to understand what this business does.
1. Vision:
Vision is what your company aspires to be with each organizations they have their own vision. Like
Techcombank, their vision is they want to become the best and leading business in Vietnam.
Techcombank's vision seems like a brief but compare with other banks they have showed what they
want to become in the future.
Vietcombank's vision is similar to Techcombank; they also want to become the No. 1 bank in this
industry. In addition, they have a further vision to be able to become the top 100 largest banks in Asia
and top 300 banks in group globally. Not only they want to hold their position as the best bank but
also they want their banks to grow more and more. Only through the vision can we see Vietcombank
ambition.
For BIDV, their vision is to become a quality, reputable bank in Vietnam. Although BIDV vision is
different from the other 2 banks, they currently want to maintain their current position.
The vision of all three banks is clear the direction and development of their company. As a result, all
three businesses are more actively working towards the best for their firms.
2. Mission:
Mission is what your company actually does, it should be short and easy to other people memorize.
Techcombank mission is that they want to be a reliable partner to their customers. For employees, the
bank wishes this place will be a great working environment for them to develop themselves. As for
shareholders, they will create long-term profits and minimize risks. In spite of the fact that we can see
Techcombank is a perfectionist bank; they want their mission in order to be spread to everyone.

having a professional, long-term working environment for employees. In addition, the bank at all
times wants to provide the best financial services to its customers and becomes a pioneer in

3. Core value:
Core values are what support the vision, shape the culture, and reflect what your company values.
