 Thing to check

 Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return during the time of travel. Please note that the
passport booklet should have a minimum of 2 blank pages for official use

 Please carry a printout of air tickets, hotel, tour and transfer voucher with original passport

 If you are on a regular course of medication, carry an adequate supply of your medicines in your hand luggage, along
with the doctor’s prescription

 Get in touch with your sales representative to know transit visa requirement, if traveling via different carriers or
changing terminals

Please connect with your Relationship Officer in case any clarity required on the same.
 On Arrival Visa

 For visa on arrival, carry two recent passport-size photographs (3.5 cm width x 4.5 cm height) not older than 3
months

 Pay 2000 THB (in cash) to get visa on arrival, which will be valid for 14 days.

 Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return during the time of travel

 Travelers must carry a minimum of 10000 THB in local currency per person while travelling

 Hotel
 Standard check-in time is 1400 hours & check-out time is 1100 hours; book for an additional one night stay in case
of early morning arrival
 The security deposit amount could be between 500 to 3500 THB per room, depending upon the hotel category
booked
 Breakfast is not included on the day of arrival , Standard Room category does not guarantee any specific view
 Porter service may or may not be available at the hotel, The overall room size is small as compared to a similar
category hotel in India
 Rooms are comfortable but only large enough to accommodate a double bed and a roll-away mattress as an extra
bed
 Carry an international multi-purposr adaptor to charge your devices with ease
 In case of honeymoon travel, please carry a marriage certificate/invitation card (not older than 06 months). Also,
do inform your Relationship Officer at least 03 days prior to the travel date. Benefits (if any) would be subject to
hotel policy and discretion.
 The hotel may charge an entry fee if travelers are expecting any guests in the hotel room

 Flight

 Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Ryan
Air, Jetstar, Fly Dubai,Tiger Airways, Etc.), then the check-in Baggage & Meal will not be pre-included in the package
except if you have booked it at additional charges. Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional
cost depending on the airlines and destination.

 Check the flight schedule with the Airlines at least 24 hours before departure

 During your departure from India, reach the Airport at least 3 hours prior to flight's departure time

 In case you are flying to any city in Thailand via Bangkok, visa on arrival for Thailand has to be obtained at the first
point of Entry/Landing, and at not the Final Destination. Suggesting that the Visa will be issued from Bangkok itself.
In these cases, you should also make sure that the halt time should be of at least 2.5 hours and connecting planes
should be of the same airline.

 Tour & Transfer
 Refer the final itinerary (to be received three days prior to departure) for details on airport pick-up point
 SIC transfers will be either by coach, bus or van, on a shared basis with other guests
 Depending on the location of your hotel, you may also be the first or the last person to be picked-up or dropped
 SIC transfers are available only between 8 AM to 6 PM only. If missed the vehicle, the money will not be refunded
 In case of private transfers, do ensure you reach the transfer vehicle within 90 minutes from the flight's landing time,
the vehicle will not make any unscheduled stops on the way
 Island tours on speed boat are not advisable for pregnant women or infants. If travelling with either, tours should be booked on a
Big Boat
 Be extremely punctual for all sightseeing/transfers and assemble at the hotel lobby as mentioned in the vouchers/informed by the
holiday manager; drivers generally do not wait for more than 5 minutes
 During sightseeing, the bus/coach would halt at major attractions as per your itinerary; waiting time at each stop would be as
specified by your guide, A detailed final itinerary would be handed over to you at the time of arrival by a local representative.
 Smoking is not permitted in most public places; else a fine will be levied. Consumption of alcohol may be restricted at certain
public places.
 On-ground itinerary could change basis the weather conditions. Carry along a photocopy of your valid photo ID at all the times.
 Watersports are subject to weather conditions; parasailing may not operate during bad weather. Children under 14 years of age are
not allowed to enter the Tiger Kingdom in Phuket. Transportation will be as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
 Important Highlights
 It is advised not to carry currency cash of more than INR 5,000/- per person while traveling.

 It is mandatory to carry a minimum cash of 10,000 THB Per Person while traveling to Thailand.
 It is suggested to carry more value in travellers card and less amount as cash, It is suggested to pay hotel security by

 Expect moderate temperature in Thailand, however it is advisable to carry a jacket while exploring the city.

 MMT lounge facility is available only for customers having their first halt in Pattaya and reaching Bangkok airport early
morning

 Non-Resident Indian (NRI) travellers need to carry their OCI/PIO card at all times while traveling

 Do confirm that you are adequately covered under insurance for the duration of your holiday.
