DAY 3

3rd day of INSET discussed about Action Research. Tiaong District II Secondary
Teachers are lucky to have Action Research Master of their generation, Mr. Reicon
C. Conde and his wife Mrs. Bernadette A. Conde as their guest speaker.

Mrs. Bernadette Conde introduced the importance of Action Research for

teachers and also how beneficial it is for the students. She also view important
things to be remembered in crafting an action research such as knowing the
problem, having root cause analysis and making a precise but specific title for
the action research.

Mr. Reicon Conde gave knowledge on Methodology and Statistical Treatment

An action research must have. He also shared different sample of action
reseach that would be of great help to teachers. After their
discussion, giving of examples and sharing about what action
research was, they let the teachers to craft their own basis for
making action research. They give an ample time for the teachers
to craft their action research afterwards they evaluate it.
Upon their evaluation they also gave suggestions for the improvement
and realization of the said Action research outline.

During the last day of INSET teachers are lucky to hear an

Inspirational message coming from Gawad Binhi awardee for
PSDS Ms. Maria Lourdes C. Cabanag. She made realize how important to work with happiness
And Joy. That LOVE must be given to each and everyone and LIVE for the PRESENT not for the future
not even for the past.

The Three day INSET ends with a great

experience for the School Heads, Speakers
and most especially for the teachers who
gained new knowledge that will of great
help to them in the field of teaching.
